Q. What are your office hours?
A. 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Q. Do you have appointment times available during the evening?
A. Both day and evening appointments are available. Special arrangements may be made with the counselors to meet your particular needs.
Q. Are the fees covered by insurance plans?
A. SRCC fees are reimbursed by many insurance plans, but please do not allow financial considerations to hinder your initial contact. Allow our staff to help.
Q. How do I find out what coverage I may or may not have?

Q. What forms do I need to complete when I come in to the Spanish River Counseling Center for my first visit?
A. If you have made an appointment to come in as a new client, feel free to download these forms and then bring them to the office. They are a release form and a new patient form. CLICK HERE to download.
